The main villa is spread over two floors, with a large living room at the entrance and a kitchen on the ground floor, while three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor.
The dependence, characterized by ample spaces, features a welcoming entrance and a 120-square-meter area spread over two floors. Common areas, such as the kitchen and the living room, alternate with two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Outside, the property is nestled in a forest of oaks and cork oaks, enclosed for the safety of children and four-legged friends. The ancient water collection basin, a short distance from the babbling brook, has been transformed into a spacious infinity pool, equipped with a sun deck and a relaxation area.
