In prominent sea front positions with uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean Sea, Villa Reef rises among the gentle slopes of the sunny coast and are spread over two floors, each looking out over an expansive private pool and the southern Sicilian coast below as well as Sciacca's white sandy beaches.

The outdoor and pool areas of these villas are a seamless continuation of the indoor living space, featuring plush chaise loungers, outdoor grill and expanded terraces. Inside, the ground floor encompasses a spacious studio, living area, dining room and kitchen. In the centre there is a bamboo-populated atrium, which enhances the natural light that floods in from the sea-facing floor-to-ceiling windows and adds yet another opportunity to soak up the surrounding scenery.

Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor, each enjoying en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds and a wonderful view over the coast. All bedrooms enjoy a private outdoor terrace that provides the perfect spot from which to sip a morning espresso or evening aperitif. The fourth bedroom enjoys all the features of a stylish master bedroom, and is detached from the rest of the villa to form a secluded haven with separate entrance. (Extra bed available)
