The estate is situated in the centre of Umbria, about a 20-minute drive to the beautiful city of Perugia. In this area, one can enjoy the simple pleasures of the countryside while taking in the art, history, architecture (not to mention delightful food and wine) of the neighbouring towns. Rome, with its ancient ruins, and Florence, with its Renaissance masterpieces, are both within two hours' drive from the estate; meanwhile the scenic Tuscan towns of Siena, Arezzo, and Cortona and the gorgeous Umbrian cities of Assisi, Todi, and Orvieto, are all an easy drive from the villa. The villa offers entertainment on the property as well; for instance, a luxury heated pool with lounge chairs and parasols and a panoramic pergola with a dining table to seat up to 12.
