Villa Aria, an impressive property rebuilt upon the ruins of a medieval defensive tower, offers the charm of a pastoral Italian villa and the comforts of modern living. The estate is situated in the centre of Umbria, about a 20-minute drive to the beautiful city of Perugia. In this area, one can enjoy the simple pleasures of the countryside while taking in the art, history, architecture (not to mention delightful food and wine) of the neighbouring towns. Rome, with its ancient ruins, and Florence, with its Renaissance masterpieces, are both within two hours' drive from the estate; meanwhile the scenic Tuscan towns of Siena, Arezzo, and Cortona and the gorgeous Umbrian cities of Assisi, Todi, and Orvieto, are all an easy drive from the villa.

For those who would prefer to stay-in, there is plenty of entertainment to find on the property, which includes a large, private, heated infinity pool with Jacuzzi; lounge chairs and parasols encircling the pool; a roof-top terrace (with spectacular views); a barbeque area; and outdoor dining area.
The villa can welcome up to eight guests with its three impeccably decorated bedrooms with welcoming décor. Two bedrooms offer king-size beds with en-suite bathrooms while the other bedroom offers two bunk-beds (four single beds total) with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen includes all the state of the art amenities. The property includes a charming dining room, and an elegant yet cosy living room with fireplace will make you feel at home.
