The villa, surrounded by green lawns and vineyards, is perched on the hills overlooking Lake Corbara. The villa is conveniently located just an hour and a half from both Rome, with its Roman ruins, and Florence, with its Renaissance masterpieces, both with major international airports. The villa is a mere 15-minute drive to Orvieto, a 30-minute drive to Todi, a 45-minute drive to Perugia, and a 50-minute drive to Assisi. For guests wishing to repose in the grounds of this gated estate, they can relax beside the gorgeous pool or enjoy a glass of local wine in the loggia.

The villa features a gorgeous marble fireplace and open staircase - that make the space warm, refined, and open. Tufted leather chairs alongside the hearth provide a cosy spot to repose in the middle of the house. The living and dining rooms both have beamed ceilings, beautiful plush carpets laid over tile floor, regal red dining chairs, antique loveseats, and modern sofas: the perfect amalgamation of modern, traditional, and luxury.

The villa can welcome up to ten guests with four suites and one bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the suites offer king beds, two offer twin-beds that convert to king, and one bedroom provides to twin beds. All of the suites also provide living areas with desks and armchairs.
